KB00070 - The 'Choose colour' dialog only picks grey / gray

A few machines have exhibited this problem since the colour picker dialog was changed for v7 of Stickies. No matter which colour you click on, only grey is selected.

I suspect this might be to do with the display card drivers affected machines are using. However, Stickies v8.0a introduced a fix for this.

To enable it, do the following:

Open the Stickies Settings dialog
Click the Other tab
Set the Colour selection method option to be "Compatible"

The Stickies colour picker will allow you to select a colour from anywhere on the screen. With this fix applied, the Windows colour picker will be used, which is restricted to just the usual contents of the dialog.
