KB00084 - Stickies move around by themselves

When you restart your computer, the note you used last isn't where you left it

Do you have an AMD Radeon graphics card?

Have you installed the Catalyst drivers?

If so, check for this setting on your Catalyst Control Center:

When this is checked, the AMD software can move windows around - this isn't a Stickies issue, instead the Catalyst drivers are trying to be helpful, and are moving the note for you. Uncheck the box, and the problem will stop happening.
