Notes
These changes have been made from the v6 default skin:1. Title bar bitmap is shown only when the sticky is focused.
2. On-top and close buttons are only available when sticky is unrolled (forces me to look at sticky before closing it).
3. Bitmap for on-top icons was adjusted slightly to make it look good on other color backgrounds.
4. Creation date and source are displayed at bottom of sticky, but only when focused.
5. Alarm time is displayed at bottom of sticky when set, hiding creation date.
6. Changed title font to Trebuchet MS italic and made color slightly darker.
